I installed ubuntu on my pc and have to other title bars other than accessing my doents?

oki have installed Ubuntu on my computer everything went well untill i reset it and the only thing i can click on is everything on the top left like for my doents and stuff i cant minimize anything or i lose it i have noting on my top right to bottom right should i try to re install it?
