Gordon Brown virtualy says, Theft is only illegal outside of parliament?
Its not parliaments lying thieving parasite MPs that are at fault....Its the expenses system that allowed them to abuse it....WOT??? OK....so if you steal my wallet, its my fault for leaving it lying around.....what do you think. have we misjudged our poor MPs?
