Scared about my doctor's appointment tomorrow, what if I have preeclampsia?

I am kinda worried about what may happen tomorrow at my doctors, I feel as though everything will be fine but what if it isn't? I would love to hear about your stories with preeclampsia while pregnant. I just read through a few things about it and it says you are more likely to get it if you are under 20 (i am 19), expecting first baby (me!), nauseous (i am every day, a few times a day!), bad headaches but i never take anything for them, and distortion of vision (which I have noticed 'spots' but I thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me, like I thought every white thing I looked at today had a yellow spot on it.) I will be 31 weeks tomorrow. What would happen if I have preeclampsia, how healthy would my baby be if I had him at 31 weeks? I would think that I would just be put on bed rest, would that mean no more working? I only work twice a week for 9 hours a day and I am a nanny to two well behaved girls, would that mean no more working? Thanks in advance!
