Disinfecting wipes while pregnant?

Is it okay to use disinfecting wipes while pregnant to wipe down surfaces? I'm not so much concerned about fumes, as I will be only using them briefly in a well ventilated area...Just wondering if they are okay to handle without gloves? Thanks!
