Might be pregnant again?

I had an abortion about 7wks ago. since i was only 5wks they gave me a shot and gave me 5 tablets to insert inside me a few days later. shortly after i bled for a long time then finally it stopped. then i got my period about 2wks later. i did have a few times unprotected and now its been a month and a half almost 2months and my period hasnt come yet. i never wanted to get the abortion in the first place but my parents forced me to and would have disowned me if i didnt. but if i found out i was pregnant again i am goin to keep it despite what they say because the emotional damage i experience before was just too much. I know that i am a bit young (19) and still in college and my father is payin for it and will stop paying for it if i keep the baby but i jus cant bring myself to do it again. well my questions are : is there a way to still be succesful and independent if i do keep the baby if im pregnant? And will i have a healthy pregnancy or any complications being that i got an abortion not that long ago??? PLEASE HELP :/
