HELP- Port 23 Error!!!!!!?

*Port 23 is the default Telnet port. If you're getting "error connection failed" the odds are pretty much that their router/firewall has blocked the connection and thus when you try to connect, it's timing out as their security refuses to let you through to the actual computer.
