How do i get my parents to listen to me for once?

Ok so we are about to loose are house for forecloser and we have 8 dogs, 2 we are putting down cause they r really sick, and 1 we are giving to my gma cause its really old, and we have 4 inside dogs now. And we are moving with the 4 inside dogs which are well behaviod and stuff, but we have a blood hound tht stays outside cause she RUINS the walls with her slobber and shes not potty trained shes mean to the other dogs and shes 6 so we cant train her. And i dont even want to move with her because she howls and barks nonstop and really loud and we are about to move into a inclosed subdivision. Idk how we are even gonna bring her down with only 2 cars and IM the only one tht feeds and waters her and shes my dads dog. she is also mean to me even though i feed her she growls and once knocked me completely over and scared me so bad. And it sucks cuz if we move we will get kicked out of the subdivision or she will be put down. I dont want to move with her at ALL. Everyone is being stupid about this move cuz i have a cat tht i freaking love and my parents aren't even bothering taking him with us. But the dog tht i hate and i only take care of is going with us?.????? How do i tell my mom/dad i DONT want her moving with us, there are plenty of ppl tht really want her.
