Would colleges prefer a second year of High school Latin, or AP Calculus?

I would take both, but due to my schedule already containing 2 other AP cles and Lab Physics and economics, I am contemplating whether to take AP Calculas or 2nd year Latin. I know colleges are sticklers about having languages, but would they really put down my admission due to me putting AP Calculus over a Latin 2 cl? I know it really depends on the college, but I am planning to attend VMI, Citadel, or UF. And so far VMI requires actually 3 years of language, so am I out of luck when it comes to even being looked at by these great colleges?
