I have had this issue for years and I'm currently seeing doctors at New England Med.Ctr. in Boston. I see an allergist and an ear nose and throat guy. Scared about my doctor's appointment tomorrow, what if I have preeclampsia?

I am kinda worried about what may happen tomorrow at my doctors, I feel as though everything will be fine but what if it isn't? I would love to hear about your stories with preeclampsia while pregnant. I just read through a few things about it and it says you are more likely to get it if you are under 20 (i am 19), expecting first baby (me!), nauseous (i am every day, a few times a day!), bad headaches but i never take anything for them, and distortion of vision (which I have noticed 'spots' but I thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me, like I thought every white thing I looked at today had a yellow spot on it.) I will be 31 weeks tomorrow. What would happen if I have preeclampsia, how healthy would my baby be if I had him at 31 weeks? I would think that I would just be put on bed rest, would that mean no more working? She has never been a nose picker, the air is not dry where we live, sometimes its just one side, sometimes both. It usually takes twenty minutes or so to stop and the amount of blood is crazy. it ran to where i never redlined but today i got into my car and it almost stalled on take off... it used to peel out really easily... now if i push on the gas alll the way from a stand still it almost dies.. once it goes above 2500rpm it'll accelerate just as fast as it used to and actually shitf on the right points.. it used to hang at 5500rpm and not shift unless i let off the gas... now it redlines and shifts at the redline like it should with the pedal pushed to the floor.. it also sounds differetn.. it used to be loud and higher pitched... now its low pitch.. almost like its bogging.. any ideas?

Am I absurd to worry about possibly having pancreatic cancer?

I'm 23, which I know is terribly young for pancreatic cancer, but I've been a heavy drinker daily for 2 and a half years...averaging 6-7 drinks a night. A week ago I decided to stop because so many people I know have been dying...one of which was due to pancreatic cancer. Now that I've quit drinking, I'm having some mid-back pains which are worrying me. It feels like muscle pains more than organ pains, but I don't know how to tell what it's supposed to feel like. When I touch my mid-back muscle it hurts. Otherwise I don't have any notable abdominal pains. Am I being silly worrying about pancreatic cancer at 23 with just a sore back muscle? my friend and I are going to the SM TOWN concert at the beginning of next month in LA. we are still deciding what hotel to stay at, and i'm wondering if it would be safe for us to walk from the JW Marriott/LA Live to the staples center and back after the concert..? by the looks of what ive seen on the internet, the hotel is literally right beside the staples center, but then again, the concert is ending at around 1 in the morning... anyway, is it safe for two 17 year old girls, or should we take a shuttle from the hotel? depending on this, we might concider the marriott as out first option, only for the reason we can save some money on tranportation, but if its not the best idea to walk to/from the concert, then its not a huge deal where we stay. thanks!

How can I stop myself from missing an ex that was a jerk?

I feel like an idiot for even letting this bother me. A few years ago, I was 16 at the time, I dated this guy. I was happier than I have ever been in my life. He made me feel complete. It ended up not working out and ever since, I can't stop hating myself, blaming myself, and it ruins everything. I loved this guy (part of what bothers me is that I know I was 16, so it's stupid) but looking back we had a lot of problems. I'm a feisty one, I like to have fun. He always told me to calm down. Eventually, I got to the point where I was calm all the time just because I thought that was what he wanted and I wanted him to be happy. It wasn't just that though, he changed a lot of things I did. Eventually, he didn't like what happened to me, so he ended it. After he broke up with me, he told people that I was an "abusive controlling b*tch" to make sure I wouldn't get another boyfriend, but he had got another girlfriend after 4 days. Now, I'm smart enough to realize that this guy was a worthless jerk, but I still can't help but have that feeling where I miss him, want him back, and I can't even date any other guys without feeling worthless and like I'm betraying him. I literally get sick to my stomach. It's so dumb, because I really hate him, and we dated for over a year when we were 15/16 so it was stupid kid crap. We broke up a few years ago, and part of me still feels like I miss him, and still would rather be alone than have anyone but him. I've tried everything to get rid of those feelings, but I just can't. I'm disgusted with myself for feeling this way. I'm disgusted with myself for the things I've done to myself because of it. If you are still very uncomfortable, I would talk to the teacher privately before or after cl so that he/she doesn't put you on the spot in the middle of cl.

well since your not being very specific i can only offer vague advice but if the tank needs cleaning you need to take the fish out and put them in seperate containers with the same water from the tank so not to shock the fish when you reintroduce them back to the tank and more than likely your dad has some kind of water conditioner to treat the water from the sink and you should follow the instructions on the water conditioning bottle as to how much to add to the water.Also you probably going to have to clean the filtration system which can be a headache depending on the type of system .Honestly I think you should try calling your dad and let him know whats going on so that none of the fish die and he isn't going to be mad at you for being honest and letting him know before things get really out of hand. As for the water level being low I dont think thats really a big deal as long the fish still have enough to swim around in.

I know marraige is an important part of the deen, but I just can't see myself married in the near future....I want to finish college and start my career and do so many other things in my life before I become part of a commited relationship (this isn't to say that I want to date around. Ban of privileges after being 18!?

18 in Fairfax County Public Schools in Virginia. It ranks THE BEST for secondary education in the country; although it's not so popular. now, I don't exactly know a lot about this, which is why I ask. FCPS (fairfax county public schools) don't allow privileges for 18 year olds. you're still required to get your parents to sign you out in the middle of the day; your parents are still involved in activities you're involved in. and i don't find it fair or understandable. coz a lot of us move out of house once we're 18; and still try to keep up w/ education...a lot of us are seniors in high schools and 18, which is what i am. but i just feel bad when somebody tells me they'd have to call my parents to get me out of school.. that's ridiculous! it's not that we disrespect our parents in any way, but we just don't think we should be baby-sitted anymore. after you're 18, you're an adult, you get into marines and things like that, you get to choose your political views, you earn your own money and run your own life, a lot of parents aren't there to support you; and you would think you receive the same respect as any adults. but you don't in FCPS! how could anybody take a legal approach to changing this? coz aren't you legally an adult? isn't it YOUR LIFE? why would anybody have you depending on someone else at your adult-hood? you can work a limited amount of hours whilst in receipt of DLA (up to 16 i believe), so he can still claim JSA. i am surprised though, as JSA is worked out depending on the income, and if they are not entitled to Income Support, it is more than likely that this is due to them not having a low enough income to be eligible, therefore, from my experiences, i would say that they receive too much to be in reciept of JSA allowance anyway? but contact the job centre to confirm that they are receiving the correct benefits, they may even be entitled to more if they both claim DLA, such as council tax and housing benefit.

Looking for a serious answer to a serious question about my bunny?

I would take both, but due to my schedule already containing 2 other AP cles and Lab Physics and economics, I am contemplating whether to take AP Calculas or 2nd year Latin. I know colleges are sticklers about having languages, but would they really put down my admission due to me putting AP Calculus over a Latin 2 cl? I know it really depends on the college, but I am planning to attend VMI, Citadel, or UF. And so far VMI requires actually 3 years of language, so am I out of luck when it comes to even being looked at by these great colleges?

I think it will be between the ZX7 and the GSXR. However, the ZX7 has more torque for the take off and the HP for the straight. It should be fairly close but track conditions and weather will also have factors that could either help or hinder either of these rides. Plus if the rider is having an off day makes a difference also. I think the ZX7 will take it though.

I feel sad writing this. Yesterday I'd put out my male and female canaries on the terrace to get the morning sun (something they've always loved). However a resounding crash proved disasterous in that the wind had toppled the cage. Fortunately they were unharmed although the base of the cage had been shattered. On trying to move it indoors they both escaped. Fortunately the female was retrieved but sadly not the male. We heard his song and hunted endlessly for him last night and again today. Is it normal to faint

I'm 8 weeks pregnant, and this morning I fainted when I got out of the shower. Hubby took me to bed where I lay down for a few mins till I felt better, then I ate my breakfast and got ready for work. Then I fainted on the bus too :( I was standing up in the aisle and went over all hot and funny feeling, so undid my coat then my vision started blurring and I could feel I was going to faint so I pushed thru the people (they must have thought I was so rude) and plonked myself down on the steps and started sweating and being all cold and clammy and shaky - it was really scary. I haven't fainted since I had stitches take out of my feet 3 years ago. Is this because of being pregnant?

Why do I get sick every single weekend?

For years I have been getting sick in the form of nasal congestion and a runny nose at the same time, along with violent sneezing attacks, pretty frequently. I have a 13 year old son and tried everything but cannot get pregnant again. I am only 32 and all me and my husband want is a baby but I just dont' think it will ever happen. My son is from a previous husband so my husband of now has no children of his own. After 3 years of trying and yes we have had all tests done nothing medically wrong with us. I got into SFU business, and I got into McGill Kinesiology. Both of them will qualify me for law school. For Mcgill, i will live on campus, but for SFU, i live at home. which should I choose? living at home seems lame, and I want the university experience, but living at home will enable me to take the cles i want to take. There are situations where you will have to use your pinky and ring finger separately, but you will usually be able to use them together. I suspect, that the efficiency of a modern jet turbine (or any internal combustion engine, as opposed to an external combustion steam engine) is alot better than a steam engine (in that size range in any case) not to mention the power availible compared to the m of the engine. Also I think desregarding efficiency or weight, I think it may be much easier to build a jet engine which has a higher power output than a steam engine of that size (to fit on a plane, as opposed to one which powers an electricity generating plant for example, which almost invariably use steam turbines). Plus a steam engine will need to carry water (or some other fluid) in addition to fuel.
